The new taxes payable September 2026/March 2027 were certified to the county treasurer on July 27, 2026 by the county auditor.  

The Dickinson County Property Tax statements for the tax payments due September 2026/March 2027 were mailed out August 10, 2026.

Property Tax Due Dates: 

Payments can be made online, by mail or in the office.

The first half of property taxes is due September 1, 2026 and becomes delinquent on October 1, 2026. The second half of property taxes is due March 1, 2027. Delinquent interest will be added on April 1, 2027.

Discover, Visa, American Express and MasterCard are accepted at the Treasurer's Office for making payments for property taxes, motor vehicle tag renewals, passport photos, trails donations, and tax sale redemptions.  A service delivery charge will be applied to the transaction.
